Have you seen the dangerous numbers of obese people in our community today? Yes, the alarming number of obese people are now so serious that they are a threat to our health services. Such people are chancing the onset of such illnesses as high blood pressure, heart disease, congestive heart failure, high cholesterol, osteoarthritis, type 2 diabetes, gallstones and gallbladder disorders, stroke, gout and even some types of cancer.
