The Q and A on Cleansing Your Skin

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

by Kyle Richey

For the years I’ve spent researching body cleansing for your skin I can’t believe I have never put together a little question and answer styled article. Everyday, I probably spend two to three hours just answering emails about various issues or thoughts people have about body cleansing and the effects it has you.

I find it humbling that so many people trust me and what I have to say about all the research Ive done on this subject. I just love helping others to find a way that they can look better and be more secure with their looks as well. Everything is worth it when I get those thank you notes, so I have put together an article that will answer some of the most common questions I get from time to time.

What Is Body Cleansing?- Body cleansing is a method for removing toxins and impurities from your body. Acne is only one problem that the buildup of these toxins in the body can cause and body cleansing allows them to be safely released from your system. We are primarily concerned here with skin, but there are a host of other health benefits to body cleansing.

How Does It Work?- Normally it’s a long drawn out process of taking the cleansing products over a period time. In the beginning you may see other breakouts occur, but it’s quite common and you shouldn’t worry. Then as each day goes by you will start to notice your skin looking better as the toxins continue to be released from the body.

How Long Before My Skin Looks Beautiful?- This is a question I’ve wrestled with for quite some time because each individual is different. Even though we are made up of the same inner organs, our bodies process things at different rates so there are many variables to include. I can’t give you an exact time, but after a week of doing it myself, my skin was less oily and looked much healthier.

What Happens If I Skip Days In Between?- I am very glad you asked that. If nothing else in this article sticks in your mind, I hope that this does. You should stick to the routine. Its not easy, but your results will come much more quickly if you take the time every day to follow the routine.

Is Something Like This Expensive?- When it comes to body cleansing and its benefits for your skin and all around health, this is perhaps not quite the right question to ask. Let me answer that question with another question: What is your health worth? Whether or not it is expensive depends on the individual.

These are just a few questions and answers to get you started, but you won’t get the full effect until you read my checklists I’ve put together. What I’ve done is take notes from the 125 page Acne Free in 3 Days eBook and put all the good information within these four or five pages of checklists. It will save hours of research and hopefully, I can help you become a healthier person.

Benefits of Body Cleansing for Your Skin

by Kyle Richey

You want to know what I love the most about the internet? It’s the way someone like myself can go out and see something that looks enticing, try it out, and then relay what I’ve learned to everyone else out there so you don’t have to spend the time I did to see if it worked. Body cleansing is the main area I work on and recently I came across this Acne Free in 3 days eBook that looked extremely beneficial.

At first I was of course skeptical. I thought, lets see whether or not this system really cures acne or just treats the symptoms only to have them come back in a few days time. After all, body cleansing is usually an extended process. As such, curing something like acne in only three days sounded a little far fetched to me.

Now let me just have a brief word here about the importance I place on body cleansing as a beneficial thing for ones skin. A lot of people think that merely taking a shower daily is sufficient cleansing to keep your skin healthy. This is not quite the case, though certainly everyone should continue to shower. The ideal way to maintain the health of your skin is by making your overall health better; that is, to treat yourself from the inside out.

There are a variety of toxins that can build up in the body to create problems with your skin, such as rashes, acne, and even dermatitis. If you are dealing with any of these problems, then it can cause you to have problems with self confidence and self esteem as well.

Cleansing helps your skin in two ways ” removing toxins from your body while also opening your pores to let the entire process of cleansing work more quickly and efficiently.

Again, I was skeptical at first; but after I started seeing the benefit of this system, I was convinced.

Back to the promise of being acne free in three days. After I started trying this process, I started to sit down every day and write about how the process affected my skin and my entire body. While it was not an easy process to go through, I did tough my way through the program and all the pages that I had to read to make the program work.

However, Ive done it so you dont have to! After the end of a day in the office the last thing you want to focus on is reading something unless you know for a fact that it can help you. What Ive done for all of you out there is to make a diary of the process along with a checklist (just a few pages, rather than the hundred-plus of the book itself) which can help you make the most of this system.

This can save you a lot of time and youll know exactly what to expect along the way. When you read this, youll have a good idea of how beneficial and important body cleansing can be for your skin and all the rest of your body too ” not just your appearance.

What Are The Benefits Of Colon Cleanse Products?

by Dr Pam AP Jun

I have been suffering from fatigue and general sluggishness lately. My doctor does not think it is any serious underlying causes.

His main advice was the usual stuff about limiting my intake of caffeine, eating healthier food, and getting enough rest.

The problem is that I already do those things, but haven’t noticed any improvements in my condition at all. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to consult with an expert in alternative medicine, so I made an appointment last weekend.

This guy suggested that body detoxification might be in order — not from drugs or alcohol, of course, but from all the harmful toxins that I’ve consumed in processed foods over the many years.

He recommended several colon cleaanse products for me to try.

I have never used colon cleanse products before, so I wanted to do a bit more research on my own before going out and buying anything like this.

Specifically, I wanted to find out if these colon cleanse products would truly be beneficial for my body, and whether or not I’d have to worry about any side effects.

I also was looking for information about how to do the detox procedure, since I wasn’t sure what would be involved in the process.

I’ve spent the last few weeks checking different alternative medicine websites to read about why periodical cleansing is helpful.

There are hundreds of sites out there that address all the different aspects of detoxification and body cleansing, so I was able to find a lot of excellent information about the general process, as well as good details about what the over-the-counter colon cleanse products actually do.

For example, I learned that residue from food toxins can build up at various spots along your colon’s wall, which can then cause irritation, inflammation, and reduced function.

And, the residue collects excess mucus and additional waste, thereby becoming a prime breeding ground for bacteria.

The bacteria can cause a whole host of physical ailments, including the fatigue I’ve been suffering from.

Good colon cleanse products can remove this waste, and resolve the health issues stemming from harmful buildup.

After reading this information, I definitely wanted to try colon cleanse products for myself. I pulled out the list of the recommendations that the specialist had given to me, and looked those items up online.

I found that they were indeed highly rated by users, so I decided to go ahead and order two different ones. The website I went to offered full cleansing kits for a big discount and free shipping, which made my decision even easier.

My colon cleansing products are now on the way and should be here within the next couple of days. I can’t wait to see what kind of beneficial effects they’ll have on my body after the total cleansing!

Make More Money With a Nutrition Education

by Cindy Papp

No matter what your career, you can increase the value of your nutrition education. We all know that as time goes on and the more experience we gain, the more valuable we become. Now we can add to this the fact that we live in an industrial society with increasing degenerative diseases and obesity. At the same time medical care and insurance are becoming more out of reach for the average person.

This trend will likely continue as the population grows older, and as “baby boomers” strive to stay healthy and ward off disease. Even the President’s Cancer Panel recommends that insurance cover nutrition counseling, wellness programs and that government should take a more active role in American’s access to healthy foods. Those with a nutrition education will be helping to educate the population as well as filling in the jobs within these wellness programs.

As it is becoming more well-known that chemicals and toxins abound in modern societies, it is becoming more apparent that people need to help their bodies. In fact, a study using cord blood collected by the American Red Cross (from American hospitals), found an average of 208 chemical toxins in infant cord blood, prompting congress to send a letter to the American Chemical Council requesting more studies on the toxicity of these chemicals.

Cleansing our bodies and eating healthier foods is becoming more important than ever. As people are becoming more aware of these stuides, they are more proactive in their own health instead of waiting for disease to set in. Because of this, the Nutrition Professional is in higher demand.

Update your education so you can stay in touch with the reality that holistic health along with body cleansing are becoming more popular. It us up to us to learn about body cleansing and how it can work with the health of the overall population. We must teach how certain foods suppress our natural immunity and how they affect our bodies’ natural ability to cleanse and detoxify.

Nutritional education is becoming an increasing valuable field. Increase your value more by gaining more knowledge in holistic therapies such as supplements and holistic bodywork including massage therapy and lymphatic drainage. Most important, educate yourself on body cleansing, colon cleansing and herbs that help the process. Your clients will feel better, progress more quickly and thank you for saving their health.

Using the Power of Body Cleansing Fasts To Release the Perfect Body From Within You

There are many different types of body cleansing fasts. You’ll hear them described as juice fasts, water fasts, protein fasts, and many other fasts. Fasting gives the body a break from having to digest food, giving the body a chance for cleansing and removing toxins from the body. Fasting also helps to improve the complexion and overall outlook on life. Many people fast to bring them more in tune with their body and spiritual side.

Fasts work very well when used to remove toxins from the body. Frequently people go on fasts to give their weight loss program to boost. Body cleansing fasts can boost weight loss, especially when dealing with stubborn weight that just doesn’t seem to want to leave no matter what diet you go on.

Fasting is a natural way to heal the body. Body cleansing fasts are done to return body back to its job of self-maintenance. The energy that the body would normally use on the gastrointestinal tract is diverted to other tasks. These maintenance tasks are ignored when the gastrointestinal system needs to digest foods.

In the wild, most animals have days in which they go without eating. Since humans have an evolved food production system we no longer need to hunt or gather our own foods. We generally eat multiple times daily and maintenance tasks are largely ignored and forgotten.

When given time off from breaking down and processing what we eat, the body is able to break down abnormal cells, remove fats, and detoxify the body as a whole. During the fasting detoxification process parasites are removed from the body and cells are repaired so they can do their numerous processes required for life. The many toxins we are exposed to from our environment have slowed this process down.

During the first stages of fasting the body uses reserves of glycogen in the liver as fuel. The liver holds about half a day’s worth of glycogen; after that supply is gone the body reduces its basal metabolic rate. This is the part of fasting that is generally the hardest. Hunger is greatly reduced, or completely diminished, after the stage (1-2 days).

During the next stage (days 3-9) the body starts to break down fats and convert them into glucose. At this time toxins may be released through the skin. As the toxins leave your body you may experience oily skin and possibly experience a break out of pimples. This is normal and is actually a good sign. This means that your body is removing substances from your system and truly cleansing your body.

There are many safe methods of fasting available. Nutrient-based body cleansing programs that include fasting and nutritional supplementation work well to assist the body in its healing process. Part of the body’s healing process is to remove excess fat stores from the body. Weight loss occurs as a result of removing these fat stores.

Fasting is not the same as starvation, your body is built for fasting: it is the program your body has set up for self-maintenance. Starvation is protein breakdown. Your body will give you clear signs before it moves into protein breakdown.

Fasting can be safely continued as long as fat stores remain, this is approximately 5 to 6 weeks for the average person. Obese people can fast longer, and of course emaciated people cannot fast as long. Body cleansing fasts that last longer than 4 to 5 days should be monitored by a Physician or other trained medical personnel.

However, finding a cleansing program that provides a detailed schedule to follow, and the essential vitamins and nutrients you need to stay healthy and energized during the cleanse is best.
