The majority of cases of moobs are in reality  pseudo gynecomastia.  It means they are not true man boobs as caused by a hormonal imbalance but are due to excessive fat deposits.
It is different from person to person as to where the fat sits when they put on weight.  Some people find it sits on the thighs, others the hips, and some the chest.
In a male, this contributes to the often embaressing condition known as man boobs.
It is unfortunate that getting rid of man boobs needs you to lower your calorie intake and to increase your activity.  You can’t specifically target an area of your body to lose weight, it has to be a holistic approach.
Cardio exercise is a good starting point as a set of exercises to get rid of man boobs.  If you are not used to exercise, then where do you start with cardio exercises.
A cardio exercise is anything that increases your heart rate.  It can be anything from walking to dog, to swimming, to cycling, running and so on.
It is imperative that you choose a type of exercise that you take pleasure in as to begin with you may find it tricky to exercise, particularly if you are out of shape.  If you are very unfit or overweight then you may find swimming to be the best place to start because the water supports your body and makes it easier for you to do the exercise.
You are aiming to do three or four cardio exercise sessions each week of around thirty minutes.
If you are not used to taking exercise then this can seem pretty disheartening, so you need to gradually build up your stamina.  This is going to require some discipline on your part, and can be done.
Every time you do an exercise session, aim to make it longer than the last one.  Even if you only increase the duration by 30 seconds you are improving your performance.  If you do this every session, it won’t be long before you are exercising for longer than you thought you possibly could.
Cardio exercise by itself isn’t enough to completely get rid of your man boobs but combine it with some chest firming exercises and it will be extremely effective.
However, cardio exercises are a good place to begin getting rid of your moobs and that excess fat.  When the fat starts to go from all over your body, it will start to disappear off your chest as well.  This will allow  you tone the muscles there and finally get rid of your man boobs.
After they are gone, you can go without your shirt on a beach, wear a t-shirt and enjoy life not getting those comments from people any more, and you certainly won’t be missing ‘those’ comments, will you?
