1. A Change In Your Life
Many times panic attacks and anxiety attacks are do to a specific lifestyle or personality of yours. If you tend to surround yourself in a stressful environment such as a high-pressured job, you are bound to have built-up stress. If you tend to worry about a lot and have a great deal of pressure loaded on your shoulders, you may want to consider changing the life you are living. Even taking a few extra hours each week for some fun can have a tremendous effect.
2. Emotional Control
If you are someone who suffers from anxiety attacks, the last thing that you want to be told is that it is just in your head. The thing that you need to remember is that there might be a chemical component to your attacks and that your emotions can trigger it and they can make it worse. Learning to keep control of your emotions and figuring out what you need to do to stay on top of it is essential.

In many cases, an anxiety attack is an accumulation of stress. You can get stressed out over what people think about you and when you exercise, you are taking control of that. You will find that you can clear your head and that you can work off stress in this fashion. At the end of a workout, you will likely feel much calmer and much more collected than you did when you started.
