Keep your motion deliberate.
Begin with weights that are not as heavy as you would normally use before increasing.Next, do single legged stability sphere curls. While you are on your back with a foot on top of a sphere get your hip bridge as you curl the ball in and then back out. Talk about this in a weightloss forum.
